Harrogate Road Safety Dog Training Club

HARROGATE ROAD SAFETY DOG TRAINING CLUB
ESTABLISHED 1967

Harrogate Road Safety Dog Training Club is a registered charity and has been established for over 50 years

All our experienced trainers are unpaid volunteers, as are all those who are involved in the running of this club.

Course fees are used to pay for the hire of the halls and any surplus is given to various animal (particularly dog) charities. Recent donations have been given to: SYD Saving Yorkshire Dogs, German Shepherd Rescue; The Blue Cross; Leeds Dogs Trust; Retired Greyhound Trust; Dogs for the Disabled; together with several others. Training should be enjoyable for both you and your dog and with that in mind we aim to provide a training programme and club with a friendly atmosphere whilst at the same time offering sound advice on all aspects of training.

Trainers may occasionally visit owners of dogs with particular problems such as excessive barking and nervous or aggressive behaviour. We hope that members of the club find classes both successful and enjoyable and that we can help you to overcome any problems.

Harrogate Road Safety Dog Training Club is very popular and has an excellent reputation, most people who have an involvement with the Club speak very highly of it and recommend it to friends and colleagues. The Club has regular press coverage particularly at the completion of courses, events associated with the Club and following displays.
